The Supervisor Bootcamp, Courageous Coaching
The Supervisor Bootcamp Intensive

Your Supervisors Weren't Trained. They Were Promoted.

Two half-day sessions that teach frontline supervisors when to manage, when to lead, and how to tell the difference. Built for blue-collar and operations-driven companies, not office theory.

The Problem

You promoted your best worker. Nobody taught them to run people.

Best welder. Best line lead. Best crew hand. Now they're the supervisor, and they default to one of two failure modes: management with no relationship, or niceness with no accountability. Both cost you turnover, rework, and safety issues you never see coming.

I was fired 2.5 times in four years for being relationally bankrupt. I know both failure modes from the inside. This workshop is what I wish someone had handed me before I broke three teams learning it the hard way.

What This Workshop Is

A working session, not a lecture.

One cohort of supervisors, working directly out of the Lead. Manage. WIN! framework. Two consecutive mornings, 8:00 to 12:00. Supervisors are back at their post by lunch both days. The overnight gap gives them one real shift to test their Day 1 commitment before they report back on Day 2.

  • Built for blue-collar and operations-driven companies, not office theory.
  • Every framework taught in plain, floor-ready language. No corporate soft talk.
  • Supervisors practice on real situations from your operation, not hypotheticals.

What Supervisors Walk Away With
  • A working grasp of situational fluency: when to manage, when to lead, when to do both.
  • The Authenticity Scale as a self-check they can run weekly.
  • A named default pattern and one specific courage stretch they've already committed to, out loud.
  • A 90-day reinforcement plan built jointly with their direct manager.
Who This Is For
  • Supervisors at any level of blue-collar, operations-driven companies: manufacturing, logistics, school nutrition, and similar.
  • Companies promoting frontline workers into supervisor roles without training them to lead people.
  • Teams seeing turnover, rework, or safety issues that trace back to supervision, not skill.
